What we collect and why

• Investor code & cookie — to gate access and personalise your experience. Stored as a signed httpOnly cookie for 7 days.
• Name & email (commit form) — to send you the SAFE agreement and bank details. Used only for F&F investor communications.
• Page views & interactions — product analytics to understand how you use the investor room. No advertising, no profiling.
• IP address & user-agent — to detect if an investor code is shared (security). Held in server memory only, not persisted to disk.

Third parties

• PostHog (EU cloud, Frankfurt) — product analytics. Data stays in the EU.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (SAFE documents and commitment notifications).
• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.

Retention

Analytics data and cookies are retained for 90 days after the round closes, then deleted. Commitment records (name, email, investor code) are retained as long as needed for the SAFE agreement.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email robbie@homesorted.ie and I'll respond within 48 hours.
